Migraine Remedy



Remedy 1:

Before going to Bed, Add 60gms of candy sugar to ½ Lt. of drinking water. Leave it overnight. Drink the water early in the morning. Do not eat anything until one hour after consumption of this Medicine. On Regular usage, Migraine gets relieved within 4 to 7 days.


Remedy 2:

For instant relief:
Add sugar to water and drink.
Drink tender coconut water
Drink cold water.


Remedy 3:

Take milk and coconut water in equal parts. Add equal amount of cow’s ghee (Clarified Butter from Cow's Milk) to it and boil on low flame until water and Milk is absorbed leaving only the ghee. Filter and store the ghee. Put some ghee in dropper bottle and add two to three drops to the nostrils and breathe in.


Precautions to avoid Migraine:
  • Go to Bed early.
  • Avoid excessive thinking.
  • Take a glass of copper charged water early in the morning.
  • Avoid contact with excessive dust, chemicals etc.
  • Avoid pickles and limit intake of Non Veg foods.
