Remedy 1:
Prepare a cup of mint tea by boiling water/milk with Sugar and fresh Mint leaves. The Tea have to be consume in morning and night, before going to bed. Sip slowly and inhale the aroma as you relax.
Remedy 2:
Take lot of Methi and Turmeric in your meals. They help to stop acid buildup, and stimulate the flow of digestive juices.
Remedy 3: Mix 1 tbsp ginger in a cup of hot water. Stir for 10 to 15 minutes. Strain. Drink after meals.
Precautions to avoid Gas / Indigestion Problems:
- Avoid fridge water
- Avoid Deep fried items
- Cold food, new rice to be avoided
- Avoid meat
- Avoid sleeping immediately after dinner (2 hours gap essential)
- Chew food 32 times
- Eat without watching TV
