Remedy 1:
Saunf : 100 gm
Jeera : 100 gm. (Fry and make powder)
Cut Saunf into small pieces and fry on a low flame in a vessel. Then make fine powder. Add Jeera powder to Saunf powder gradually till both are uniformly mixed and sieve the mixture in a fine cloth to get fine powder. Store in a glass bottle.

Half spoon powder added to Five spoons lemon juice to be taken early in the morning. Later it can be taken twice for Forty days.
