Remedy 1:
Boil 1 cup of milk with 1 garlic
clove. Wait until it cools and drink the milk. If you really don’t like
garlic you can prepare the same remedy without the garlic, just drink a
lukewarm cup of milk.
Remedy 2:
After every large meal you should drink water with lemon. This will relief the stress and will help you breath better.
Remedy 3:
Take 1 tsp honey and 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder and mix them well before consuming.
