Acidity Remedy




Remedy 1:

Mix little Jaggery in a glass of cold milk and drink for instant relief of heartburn and acidity.


Remedy 2:


Chew up a few basil (tulsi ) leaves to obtain relief from blazing, nausea and gas.


Remedy 3:

Stay a small part of jaggery (gur) in your jaws and slowly suck it. Repeat it each hour till acidity subsides. 


Remedy 4:

Eat watermelon, banana or cucumber each hour.


Remedy 5:

Eat a few almonds when your experience heartburn symptoms. 

 
Remedy 6:

Gulp coconut water 4-5 times a day. 


Remedy 7:

Acquire one piece of clove and suck on it gradually


Remedy 8:

Drink fresh mint juice gradually after meals. 


Remedy 9:

Drink every day a 1 tsp juice of chebulic myrobalan mixed with 1 tsp of amla (Indian gooseberry) juice.



Precautions to avoid Acidity:

  • Avoid excessive Consumption of  rich and spicy foods
  • Eating very fast without proper chewing
  • Alcohol utilization
  • Improper Sleeping schedules
